Five things will determine the overall cost of your embroidered items:

1.  Cost associated with creating or setting up your logo (if necessary) - which is a one-time fee, and is based on the size and complexity of your design. You may want a custom logo digitized just for you or your organization. See our Logo Digitizing page for examples.  Email us your logo in a .bmp, .eps, .jpg, .tif, .gif, or .pdf file format for a free, no-obligation quote to logos@sewkool.com.  Just let us know what you want to put your logo on, how big you'd like it, and indicate colors and fill areas if your artwork doesn't.

We also have stock designs for you to choose from. 

If you want a text-only logo, we charge a flat one-time fee of $25 to set up your logo.  You can choose the font from our Fonts pages), and tell us what color thread you want us to use.  Unless you want HUGE lettering, your logo will qualify for our minimum pricing (by being <10,000 stitches).

3.  Embroidery cost for each item.  Most shirt and cap logos (<10,000 stitches) qualify for the minimum charge  ($5.50 for 1-11 items, or $3.75 if you order at least a dozen and we use the same thread colors on all items). 

Any embroidery done lengthwise on a long-sleeve shirt sleeve has a $7.50 minimum.

Names or monograms are $7.50 each for 1-11: $5.50 each for 12+ (using the same font and thread colors on all).
